3. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the product, adding it to your cart, and completing the checkout process. It’s quick, secure, and easy!

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD on most orders. COD charges may apply and will be visible during checkout.

5. When will I receive my order?

  • Ready-to-ship items: 5–8 business days

  • Handmade/custom items: 7–12 business days
    Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner’s website.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already begun processing or crafting the item.

8. What is your return policy?

9. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned—we may offer international shipping in the future!
